how can i report someone for harrassement via email?

Forward the emails as inline text to "reportabuse@yahoo-inc.com" and include a messege that you continually recieve email from the address that sends them.
If you go into your mail options, and "Blocked addresses" you can add email addresses there for Y! to block.
