Thanks to the phone number provided by daddude7(Great Work !!), I was able to get another number, which may be even more relevant when discussing locked out accounts, password issues, or having your account hacked, to the point of not being able to reset your password (Example - If someone changes your ZIP Code, you can't change your password...because it is used to verify you...and it's the 1st thing hackers change).
The number is 408-349-1572, Option 2, and again Option 2. They will ask you a few questions to verify, and then give you an email to send to, without your info. They will send back questions about your "original info", and when you answer, they will fix your account. This is done for our protection...because the only way to get this "email only" assistance is to have called to verify who you are first...something a hacker normally can't do.
