Yahoo Messenger Problem !!!!!!

I am unable to receive any off line messages,,,,,,,, What can I do?????????? HELP!

I cannot get into yahoo messenger, i cannot download the messenger, and it keeps on giving me an error which says error 1, or my proxy setting is not valid, i need Help!

Has anyone gotten back to you about this problem? I'm having the same problem since I have signed up with Yahoo. If you have please let let me know how to fix the problem.
