Okay here's the back story... an exfriend started harrassing me on yahoo about two years ago and was relentless, everytime I iggied him he would somehow be able to find me and bother me again.
8 months ago I got a restraining order out on him. He is not supposed to contact me in any way shape or form. he actually was arrested last week for violating the order, he got out on bail and after that sometime he attempted to add me as a friend onto his messenger list, another violation of the order. I have a motion to show cause hearing coming up very shortly and I deffinately want to use this violation(attempting to contact me via adding me to his messenger) as eveidence in the hearing, so my questions are
Does yahoo have a list or keep track of recent friend requests? Even if they are denied? And what do I have to do to get a physical copy of that evidence?
