My MSN was working perfectly, allowing me to use all functions properly...until I got a pop-upb that encouraged me to upgrade to the 'new and improved' MSN Messenger. Of course, the service I was provided with was great so I agreed to get more fun options.
However, ever since I did 'upgrade', my web cam has neither sent nor received a problem that is becoming more and more frustrating. I have relatives across the other side of the planet andwebcam is the only form of communication we have! I did get a reply from MSN support, offering me a hyperlink....that took me back to the beginning!! I am sick to death of the hassles I have been having with MSN and its random crashing at inconvenient times!
Please, can someone offer me any advice?! :confused:
