After 6 years as a loyal yahoo mail plus customer my account suddenly stopped working. An error message pops up saying I am using 1.3 G of memory and therefore over the free yahoo account's memory limit, and I was instructed to "become a yahoo plus customer" (which I've been for 6 years) and follow the link to update my yahoo wallet with a credit card. When i try to do this I get an error message saying "service is temporarily unavailable" and to "try back later". when I call the 408 349-5151 customer service number (daily for a week) they tell me "the technicians are working on it as we speak" and that there's nothing further they can do for me.
Does ANYONE have any bright ideas? This has been a personal and professional disaster for me. Thank you.
