SCB changed my bill to PRO speed without notifying me. I set up automatic payment option through online, Paid without noticing the change. When I contacted customer service with 45 minutes of wait I was told it my mistake paying without checking the bill. they won't give credit or they wont change back to original plan. I have to go with new rip off plans with 24 months contract. Simply saying SBC DSL and customer service sucks; please stay away if you have other options. unfortunately I don't have any other DSL service in our area also SBC keep changing my plan without informing me and every time they change contract extended by one year by default.
Please advice how to get rid of SBC SDL.
