Hotmail account still at 2MB: how do I increase?

A while ago hotmail increased their free e-mail to 250 MB. My account somehow never got upgraded automatically, tho all my acquaaintances' accts somehow did get upgraded. Can anyone help me get the size of mine increased? Thanks!
