Alternative account no longer active
 

Recently I have been locked out of my 8 yr old yahoo account and finally remembered my alternative e-mail address. FINALLY yahoo stated that I had success and they sent my new passwork to my e-mail--problem is the e-mail was thru an old employer that not only do I not work for, but they have since changed their addresses for the over 3000 employees that work there. How do I get yahoo new password sent to my new account so I can long on?-HELP
PS--I have sprnt over 3 hrs on the phone with yahoo and that is the biggest joke of all. They are like robots and continue to just answer the same answer over and over---
