I have spent over an hour on-line this morning trying to find a link to customer service of any kind to ask Yahoo some questions.

After jumping through many hoops and finding a number on this site, here is some helpful information I hope people can use:

Yahoo Customer Care: 1-408-349-1572

Yahoo Personals: 1-866-458-8744

Compliants via e-mail: [email]experience@yahoo-inc.com[/email]

I am sending a compliant to Yahoo requesting they put "CONTACT ME" information on every one of their web pages.

Yahoo is an awesome service but their web site is not user friendly.

And their customer care is not user friendly either and maybe they don't put up contact details as they know they well swamp with complaints.
