How Do I Start Up My Dell In "safe Mode" F9? F8? Nothing Works, And I Made The Mistake Of Using Panda Software, And My Puters Gone Kapooee. Does Anyone Know?

I believe holding F6 or F8 down after your computer posts and runs through the self-test will get you to the safe mode menu before Windows boots.
