Reply lost!!!!!

I was denied access into my account 6 days ago. I called the security number, received the questionnaire, filled out the questionnaire and sent it back using my alternate e-mail account.

Today I called Yahoo and apparently my response was lost or deleted by accident. OH Boy!!!! :eek:
