Hotmail is wasting my time!
 

Today I recieved a urgent message that I had to reply to immediatly in order to organise something. As I click reply instead of the usual New Message page coming up it opened a page where there was a box with letters or a audio and you had to type the letters into the box in order to procede.

Not only did this take a hour to type the boxes correctly I missed my oppatunity to go to a play. The font was extremly hard to read and I dont even have sight problems. I understand they need it there but if they could change the font to something easy like Times New Roman. Im sure many others agree.
