Yahoo! Calendar
 

I am trying to fix a customers computer and they use the yahoo! calendar service to track their daily business schedules.
The issue is that when they input the information and go to click on the "save" button, it does absolutely nothing. I did not make any changes in their IE settings. The only thing I did install was Norton Internet security 2005. I wouldn't think this would be an issue. I also updated their Java script program, to see of that would work.
Unfortunately I have had no success in finding any FAQs on this or a support number to better assist my customer.
What kind of business does not provide tech support, when related to web/computer related services?
