Inbox access

I've been a member of Yahoo for years and for the first time I can't open the Inbox if there are no new messages. I also can't post a reply using the sender's message. I also can't access YAHOO.HELP.COm. Does anyone know if there's a problem accessing or is my computer only? Pls help! thanks :confused:
