Anyone fixed there hotmail porblems?
 

After reading through these forums I've decided to try everything mentioned and still can't get into my account.

I have also tried to contact them at least 6 times using the form on their site, which has also been posted on here. I keep getting their "boiler plate" response but no real help. Like other on here, I have had my account for years and my password was suddenly changed and I can no longer get in.

After reading other's problems, which sound the same as my own, I am wondering if anyone has actually gotten back into their account and if hotmail actually ever contacts anyone to help them out?
