Question about a Yahoo mail account
 

I deleted my Yahoo email account, however I am still able to send emails to it and they are not being bounced back. The reason this is a problem is I have emailed another member, and I don't know if that person is receiving my messages or not, and if that person deleted their account as well, how could I know? I could really use some help, and anything would be greatly appreciated. I thought that if you delete an account, it's gone immediately and all emails sent to it after, would bounce back.

I'd like to know this too please!
