What you must do to get your password reset!!
 

I spent over 24 days calling the Yahoo telephone support number and e-mailling yahoo security. Please note: If you have the same user id on Yahoo and your SBC (swbell.net, sbcglobal) account SBC has to reset your password.

I had the yahoo account when SBC DSL was installed so I made the id the same for both. Then SBC purchased Yahoo. They combined the security to SBC.

Finally a very nice lady at Yahoo explained this to me last night. I got my password reset with SBC and everything is working. :)
