Yahoo in the top 10 US media companies
 

I find it is strange that Yahoo is in the top 10 US Media Companies.

As with very poor customer service, missing links in Yahoo Directories, etc etc etc

I thought they should have been in the botton 10.

funny how that works. Ultimately, it has to be pretty hard to manage every single detail. Having built several online software applications, I have realized that things happen that you cannot forsee. But, I have had a few run-ins over the years with Yahoo! and the way they conduct their business. I was not a big fan then and it has kept me from doing business with them since.
