Please help if you can
 

I downloaded yahoo messenger a few months ago. I was having problems .....no voice for my webcam and sign in problems.........so I uninstalled and then installed it again. Had same problems so I uninstalled and installed again. Same thing. So, I decided to uninstall and sign up with a whole new ID and password. I installed yahoo with voice. I now have access to yahoo mail and my messenger registration was completed however, the email with instructions to how I was to fully activate my account never came from yahoo. So, that is where I am. In limbo not knowing whether to uninstall yet again or hang in there as this is the closest I have gotten to actually completing the process. Thanks if you can help.
