How can Yahoo be on the top 10 USA Telecommunications Companies List in 2005?

How can Yahoo be on the top 10 USA Telecommunications Companies List in 2005 :confused: when reading all the complaints such Yahoo Staff not replying to or reading email's, Yahoo sending out a standard reply, many areas of Yahoo not working, very poor customer service etc etc etc etc

Shouldn't Yahoo be in the botton 10 USA Telecommunications companies :) ?
