Cheated by a Messenger
 

Hi there!
I do not know wether anybody had a similar experience as me, but a couple of days ago I have paid online for e-phonecard. I spent 10 bloody bucks to the yahoo messenger expecting to be able to call my family via internet. It's been 48 hours since and my Messenger plays dummy. It had accepted my money but nothing in return. If anyboby knows how to fix this problem pleeeese help me A

Got you too huh? Well, I just paid $10 too. I have not been able to call out.

Updated information! I just called yahoo support for both our problem. He told me that he does not support yahoo messenger phone. I told him you took my money and you cannot help me? He said no because yahoo is a free service. That does not sound right. He told me to contact Net2phone at
(877)333-1196. These people are in charge to make yahoo messenger work.

Yahoo phone number: (408)349-1572...Select phone options #:2,1,2,5 This will take you directly to phone messenger support.

They now sent my to the Billing Department. (408)349-5151...option:5,2
