Manage to talk to customer service & successfully reset my password
 
Dear all

I also had a same problem. cannot log in to my yahoo account for almost one and 1/2 month now
I try to call yahoo customer service last night (11pm) since malaysia is 12 hours early than US. i manage to talk to human not a machine. then after some clarification than the customer service girl give me hope. She said that she had email me the temporary password to my alternate email addres. she also provide me the reference number so in the future if i still have a problem, that ref.no will assist them to solve problem.

But when i came to the office this morning... so dissappointed. No email from Yahoo. :confused:
I plan to call them again tonight and hoping for a good new.

FYI.. i use this no. 408-349-1572

Dear all, as my previous message that i dont receive any email for temporary password. So last night, i made another phone call to Yahoo Customer service (CS).
After a bit explanation & i gave the ref no. for the previous call i 've made, then the CS girl generate the temporary password in their system. After that she tell me on the spot the temp password.
And this morning , using the temp password that she provided to me last night .. so at last i can log in back to my Yahoo Account. Thank God.
