can't turn off yahoo personals alerts
 

:mad: I'm at the end of my rope. I have cancelled and deleted my yahoo.personals account one year ago and I'm still receiving the alerts on my cell phone for new profiles that arrive. I've read all the yahoo help pages to remove the text and did everything according to the directions.
I've emailed yahoo customer service at least 8 times with no response. How can I still get these alrerts on my phone even though I've deleted my profile and or account? Can anyone help???
