My mail page is blank
 

When I click on the icon for mail on my desktop, it trys to go to the mail page, but then the mail page turns blank and there is a note that says "done" in the bottom left corner. Help!

How do you make the messenger come up automatically when you boot it up? It used to tell me how new messages there were.

what is the URL of the page it is trying to load?
