Well, I tried the phone #, basically worthless for my problem ([url]http://www.supportsentry.com/forum/showthread.php?t=490[/url]).
Any attempt to get phone support for free services only directs you back to their website and email system. In desperation, I connected to Yahoo! domain service to at least get hold of a human! Same crapola, no amount of pleading regarding my mailbox being STUCK FOR TWO WEEKS w/o access made an iota of difference. Same worthless answer Yahoo supplies to every other complaint -- send an email.
No one would even need to give a crap about this phone # if they actually answered their email messages w/ more than computer-generated responses OR no response at all.
That's right, TWO WEEKS w/ no email access and NO HELP from Yahoo in all that time. Apparently I will go to my grave w/o Yahoo email.
I'm totally disgusted w/ this company.
