my question is... can a user id be set up for IM purposes only OR when a user id is setup with yahoo IM does it automatically activate an email account? Can this be tracked, when a person activates a yahoo IM user name? Can an activation of an email account be tracked?
Also, can someone added to a yahoo messenger list be tracked if they are no longer on that list? please reply to my email as soon as possible. Thank you.
