I uninstalled my messenger after loading DSL onto my computer. Every time I finish the installation process, it logs on (no proxy problems), I see my buddies and then the little hour glass appears and the window "Yahoo Messenger has encountered a problem and must shut down" appears. I have uninstalled and downloaded messenger a 100 times and it is consuming my life!!! All yahoo wants to tell me is to contact my service provider. Why? I am not having problems with them!! Is something corrupted somewhere? It has to be in the installation process somewhere right?
