How can Yahoo be on the top 10 USA Telecommunications Companies List in 2005 when reading all the complaints such Yahoo Staff not replying to or reading email's, Yahoo sending out a standard reply, many areas of Yahoo not working, very poor customer service etc etc etc etc

Shouldn't Yahoo be in the botton 10 USA Telecommunications companies ?
