Yahoo Bill Pay forcing me to login several times
I have NOT been able to pay an e-bill with Yahoo Bill Pay for at least 2 weeks.
When I go to approve an e-bill for payment, I get kicked out and have to re-login again, security ID and all. The transaction NEVER gets completed. Now I have to run around the city to take care of it. Even worse, I am DONE paying off a bill, but I can NOT STOP the automatic payments since I keep having to relogin. Even more odd, is that I have no problem reading mail and I can securely login (because I see the lock). Has anyone else had this happen? I'm calling Customer Service directly. Thank you for posting the number. I had been looking FOREVER for it. I thought things were bad when Money Manager was cancelled. This is HORRENDOUS! |
