Guys, I am surprised to see so many out there with the same issue. For last three weeks I been locked out of my account. In my case, I dont remember my DOB, so yahoo neither wants to reset the password nor close the account. I am trying everyday. Join us - Tecross will take action after 30 days. If no response, then they will go to Media. Even if that does not work, they will file a complaint to the respecitve govt agency.
