At my wit's end! 5 weeks without email
The subject line says it all. I know I am preaching to the choir here, but I am just so exasperated! I have a premium service, a personalized email that I pay for, and it has been down for five weeks. I am so thankful for the customer service number I found here and have used it to call about 20 times. I get the same scripted answers every single time, even when I ask them to stop giving me the scripted answers. Supposedly, I have been "elevated to Tier 3 status," which sounds mighty impressive but leaves me waiting (five weeks?) for engineers to call and tell me what is up. I have no recourse, just thousands of messages bouncing back. Did I mention this is my business email? Ugh! Enraged!
I keep waiting for a miracle before the hassle of switching over completely.
Any words of advice? Any Zen relaxation techniques to get me through?
