Spammer with a Hotmail account

Hotmail and Yahoo it seems won't do a thing about people living in different parts of The parts of USA spamming people.

Even those the domain name information at joker.com for such names as ecolife, swiss-ecolife.net, swiss-ecolife.cn and similar such as swis has the person email address as a Hotmail and Yahoo address.
