Yahoo Email Problems

I have Verizon DSL and use Yahoo mail server. I currently can't reply to or forward emails. I can compose new emails and send them, but I can't attach attachments. Verizon told me this is a Yahoo problem, but I can't get in touch with them. Any suggestions? Thanks, ML
