Default poor internet service

I thought since it was SBC it was a respected an reliable company, boy was I wrong. I have been waiting for faster service to be available in my area for a year. I was told at first it would only be a couple of months. Yeah right 11 mths later still stuck in the dial-up rut. I have tried to contact a customer rep. for SBC internet reached 8 different reps. just trying to see when DSL would be available to me, well as you may have all ready guessed I got 8 different possible guesses because thats what they were. I now look for another provider, SBC has left me with no choice. Unless they can honor the SBC name and take care of valuable customers.
