Exclamation Harrassment has gotten so bad I have a restraining order Need yahoo's help!

Okay here's the back story... an exfriend started harrassing me on yahoo about two years ago and was relentless, everytime I iggied him he would somehow be able to find me and bother me again.

8 months ago I got a restraining order out on him. He is not supposed to contact me in any way shape or form. he actually was arrested last week for violating the order, he got out on bail and after that sometime he attempted to add me as a friend onto his messenger list, another violation of the order. I have a motion to show cause hearing coming up very shortly and I deffinately want to use this violation(attempting to contact me via adding me to his messenger) as eveidence in the hearing, so my questions are

Does yahoo have a list or keep track of recent friend requests? Even if they are denied? And what do I have to do to get a physical copy of that evidence?

I believe everything that is done online in Yahoo is logged. You should be able to contact Yahoo security to let them know what is happening and anything they can do to help. But I am not too sure that they can give the courts any information due to the users privacy policy. Though maybe a court order would make Yahoo give up certain logged info on that end.
