Hey All,

I am in a totally helpless condition. The reason I say this is because I have not been able to login into my yahoo account since this morning. I did check my emails this morning and after around an hour when I tried to login again it wont let me in.

Thats not the end. I tried calling the customer service through the no. I found through this forum (Thanks to all of you). But they couldn't help since I didn't remember the birth date that I used while creating this account like 10 yrs back. I didn't put in the correct birth date at that time cause the security wasn't as advanced and anyone who knew my birthdate could have tried hacking in my account, so I had to use something else which I dont remember anymore since its been years.

The customer service says that birthdate is the only way that I can move ahead. Please let me know if there is any other way. I am afraid my account is hacked... I hope not. Please help me.... please.
