After hurricane Wilma I was without consitant phone service for THREE MONTHS
They kept telling me the problem was fixed.....vs asking me if it was fixed....and yet the problem was still there
They finally figured out that the phone wires that were swinging in the breeze
from the pole *might* be an issue and fixed them
Now 3 months later THEIR BACK
I'm so over it....I just don't know if its worth the hassle
I think I'll just use my cell phone and be done with it
