ya get what ya pay for

I can't type a message on the compose message page on Yahoo. I've tried for several hours the past 3 days to get help from Yahoo but no response. Does anyone know what my problem is? I have an Inspiron 3500 Dell laptop w/ Explorer 6.0, Windows 98.

Any help and or support would be greatly appreciated.
