Help I can't get into my email or anyother yahoo acounts
I can't get into my email, messenger, games, photo's. I have not changed a thing on my account. I have valuable address's in my email, photo's in my albums I need to get this information Please. I've been trying for 3 days now and it won't let me in. And to try to get help from yahoo is impossible it keeps telling you to put in your birthday, zip code, alt. email well I've had this account for over 10 yrs now and I have changed my alt. email several times and have no idea what it was when I opened my yahoo account. Please contact me with an answer to my problem. I always keep all my valuable stuff in yahoo if my computer dies my yahoo stuff is always safe until now.
