I have new PC, HP Pavilion a1025c. When playing games, can pull up info page but then can't pull up profile to add friends to list. No problem on old computer. Have disabled popup blocker, but did not help. When I attempt to click the profile from the info page, I hear the bubble sound and nothing!. Have Ad-Aware, MS Antispyware, spybot-Search, ZoneAlarm, and Norton AntiVirus in case this info helps. Would appreciate any input or solution to this problem. I am "puter" illiterate so the simplest instructions would be most appreciated. BTW, I love Yahoo!.
