Default Bad taste in my mouth from Oak Lawn Toyota

My mother just got a NEW (3 day old) Matrix from Naperville Toyota and it has a rattle so she stopped in at OAK LAWN Toyota as it was near her job. Mr. Phill Dechant Service Adviser told her they wont look at it and she needs to take it back where she bought it from. POINT IS WE BOUGHT A TOYOTA THAT CAN BE SERVICED AT AND BY ANY TOYOTA DEALER!!! But OAK LAWN is REFUSING to do this. I got my Highlander from OAK LAWN TOYOTA and i will not be buying my next new car from them when it is time to get a new car later this year. There is no excuse for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You wont have a job without customers Mr. Phill Dechant!!!!
