Everybody with a complaint, contact the BBB!!
If you have a complaint against Yahoo, tell the Better Business Bureau about it. That’s what the BBB is for after all. And Yahoo is a BBB member so the more BBB complaints they get, the more likely they will be to change their customer service methodology.
http://www.bbbsilicon.org/ Thanks to kwv for providing the link in this thread: http://www.supportsentry.com/forum/showthread.php?t=360. Found at John J. Xenakis's http://www.yahoovictims.com/ After I complained to the BBB, Yahoo restored my account. I didn’t get my billpay refund, but that’s only money. I got the irreplaceable stuff back and that is what is most important. A lot of the customer problems seem to be related to phishing and Yahoo Customer Service doesn’t seem to have any protections in place to prevent, control, or deal with phishing. Telling the BBB about this will encourage Yahoo to enter the 21st century and deal with the phishing problem. |
