why do they hide?

Does anybody out there know how the actual phone number to get
support from yahoo? I keep getting the error message: Illegal action.
Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.Contact programs support team.
c:\program files\yahoo\yop\yop.exe......Any help would be greatly appriciated!
