Fed Up !

TWO DAYS SOME 14 HRS TRYING TO LOG ON WITH MY ORGINAL PASSWORD.
I KEEP HAVING TO FILL OUT 100'S OF BOXES AND I'VE HAD PLENTY E- MAILS AND PRINTED THEM AND FOLLOWED THEM STEP BY STEP.
AND STILL I CANT GET ACCESS TO MY EMAIL.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE
