I cant get into my yahoo account a hacker got in it and changed everything

i cant get into my yahoo account. Ive had this for over 2 years and just this year someone has hacked into my account and changed my password and security question so i cant even access it now i am very upset they are haressing all the people emailing there email addresses i wanna change everything right away rachael my other email address is [email]lagunabeachr0687@yahoo.com[/email]
