I am using the beta finance charts... at 2:43 on tuesday 9/19 the volume shows over 10,000... i checked with reuters and the most shares that were traded from 2:15pm - 3:00 pm were 2000,,, what is the reason for this number,,, are the bugs for volume not fixed yet??

I didn't have any troubles calling this number. I did get transferred as my problem was with the billing department, but I only had to hold for maybe a minute. This is probably because since no one can find the numbers, the reps don't have anything to do. I do have two more numbers that they gave me that will connect you to the billing department. 800-318-0631 866-562-7228.
