someone hacked MY account

Everything was fine one day then the next my password would not work no matter what, and my 'challenge question' was completely off. What do I do

try calling 1-408-349-1572. If you are lucky to get access then switch to another mail client after you get all your content. I'm unable to retrieve anything so all my info is gone after 7 years.
