Default Difference between WebSupport and WebSupport PRO

Ok, I am sure there is a page somewhere on your website that tells you the differences between the standard and PRO versions of WebSupport, but can you just list all of the differences?

Thanks,

Carl

Carl, thanks for stopping by and checking out the software.

In a nutshell, the PRO version incorporates email handling into the system. The standard version of WebSupport uses a web form to submit inquiries to your WebSupport panel...you cannot send an email to info@yourdomain .com and have it show up in your panel. With the PRO version of WebSupport, you can. You can setup an unlimited number of email addresses that will place those emails you receive into your panel. Plus, you can use our "double opt-in" technology to verify the sender is a real person. The double opt-in feature will send a confirmation email to the sender, confirming their submission. If they do not follow the link and enter the code on the page in the email, it will not make it into your control panel.

For those of us who lost the use of email addresses like info@ and sales@, this is a godsend. You can reclaim all of those email addresses that have been ruined by spam.

Not sure if you noticed, but you can sign up for WebSupport PRO free for 30 days. So, check it out and let us know what you think.
