mail in bulk?

Hi!
I am a php developer. I have a ecommerce website, on placement of order software generates order mails, but all such mail go to bulk folder of yahoo, however when send mail to hotmail it go to inbox only....i am unable to understand what i m missing and why yahoo is treating such mails as spam and placing in bulk. Please Help.
